| We will present a credible image of developing and sustaining an organic system within a hierarchical bureaucracy using The Satir Growth Model. You will learn about the Glenn County California’s System of Care program, a SAMHSA-funded site, and the context in which it thrives. You will experience a facilitated process with an actual change vehicle used with families in Glenn County. Time will be left for you to discuss what you learned and how it might apply to your own work. |
